About the Engineer/Author
"You don't need a million-dollar studio to make an amazing record. With the right preparation, a killer song, and a clear vision, you can build a masterpiece anywhere."
I’ve been obsessed with the art and physics of music making since I was 10 years old. Over the last 24 years, I’ve taken that obsession into hundreds of projects as an engineer, producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. Because I play drums, piano, guitar, bass, and cello, I don't just look at a digital audio workstation as an engineer, I look at it from the perspective of a musician who understands the grind on both sides of the glass.
My philosophy is simple: work with what you have, focus on the song, and leave the gear ego at the door.
When I’m not mixing or tracking, I am building the local music community from the ground up. I have developed and taught hundreds of audio engineering classes and innovation programs for the Melrose Center for Technology, Innovation and Creativity in downtown Orlando, helping independent artists bypass the gatekeepers and master their own craft.
I started Silent Filter Studios to put over two decades of heavy real-world studio mileage directly into your hands. Let's stop letting expensive gear hold your music back and just focus on making your tracks sound massive.

Instead of telling you how serious I am about audio, I’ll let the track record speak for itself. Over the last two decades, I've had the privilege of working across nearly every corner of the commercial music industry.
